Drivers are required to provide a Driver ID and the vehicle’s odometer reading to make a purchase — you’ll know exactly who bought what, were and when. The program can save hours of administrative time each week, plus help prevent unauthorized purchases and address potential misuse. Wright Express offers a powerful online account management tool allowing you to immediately add and delete driver IDs and cards, view and pay your invoice, download transaction information as it posts to your account, set card controls, run custom reports, and much more. Superior customer service means knowledgeable representatives are always available 24 x 7. With the Tax Exemption and Reporting Program, qualified tax exempt fleets are billed net of tax on applicable fuel purchases and provided with full reporting of the purchase data and tax exemption. Detailed reporting makes it simple for municipalities to apply for tax refunds through the IRS.
